The acquisition was led by Rosewood Private Investments and supported by White Falcon investment banking advisors who initiated the transaction, assisted in the negotiations, and acted as the exclusive financial advisor to General Informatics.

This platform acquisition was part of Rosewood Private Investments' strategy to invest in high-growth companies in the MSP services sector. General Informatics has an established reputation for providing customized technology solutions to businesses of all sizes, and the acquisition will allow Rosewood Private Investments to expand its IT services portfolio.
