On July 7, 2021, Cantey Technology a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in South Carolina, along with its subsidiary Cantey Tech EDU, were acquired by LNC Partners, a private equity firm based in Northern Virginia. The acquisition was facilitated by White Falcon investment banking advisors who provided strategic guidance and support throughout the M&A process.
